Is your pricing the lowest guaranteed?
Yes, as we connect manufacturers and consumers directly, bypassing the distributors & dealers, with zero commission offered to the sellers, the sellers are then able to offer their lowest price in our mall for our customers.
How long will it take to get my package?
As most of the products are fulfilled by the sellers directly, they will normally take 1-3 days to fulfil and ship out to your location. Depending on your location, the couriers will averagely take another 1-3 days to deliver your package.
Why do you offer zero commission for sellers?
WISE MALL aims to be an eMarketplace that offers the lowest pricing for all our sellers’ products. By offering zero commission to our sellers (mostly they are manufacturers themselves), they can then offer lowest pricing to our customers.
Why no free shipping?
As most of our products are fulfilled by our sellers directly, they will need to arrange for their couriers. We are forming our own delivery team and hopefully shipping fees can be reduced or waived by then.

How do I place an order?
Just add any product into the cart, checkout, input your shipping address and choose your preferred payment method i.e credit card or online transfer via FPX.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can place an order with or without registering an account. With an account, you don’t need to input your address again when you place an order next time, and it’s easier for you to find your previous orders.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order status by inputing your order ID and email on the Track Your Order page (https://mall.wise.my/track).
